How to sign up for eStatements at First Bank

What is an eStatement?

An electronic bank statement you can view online. You can, at your convenience, easily view, download and print your eStatements. It's a great way to lower your exposure to identity theft, reduce clutter, save paper and get organized. Plus, eStatements are absolutely free!

Why should I have my statements delivered online?

To reduce risk that someone could gain access to your personal and account information. Plus, eStatements have faster delivery than paper statements. You will receive a notification when your new eStatement is available, and you’ll have immediate online access to review and, if your wish, print your statements.

Doesn’t receiving my statement online increase my risk of identity theft?

No.  Your statement is not delivered to you by email or text attachment.  Instead, you will get an email message when your eStatement is ready for viewing, and then you can access your statement through eBanking, under the Accounts tab.

Is there a cost for eStatements?

No, eStatements are FREE! However, starting September 1, 2018 if your eStatements include images of your checks, there will be a monthly fee for this service. See below for additional information. If you would like to opt out of check images on your eStatements, please contact the Client Contact Center 800-760-2265 or  for businesses, Treasury Management Client Support at 866-326-7113.

Consumers

  • eStatements - Free
  • eStatements with check images - $1.00 per month
  • Paper Statement with no check images - $2.00 per month
  • Paper Statement with check images - $3.00 per month

Business

  • eStatements  - Free
  • Paper Statements - $5.00 per month

How do I sign up for eStatements?

Consumers

Signing up for eStatements is fast, easy, and secure! Simply login to eBanking. Under the “Accounts” tab, click on Statements. Then, click the eStatements option.

Simply login to Business eBanking and click through the following steps or contact Treasury Management Client support for assistance:

What if I want to start receiving paper copies of my account statement again?

You may elect to begin receiving your paper statement again at any time; however, as of September 1, 2018, there will be a monthly fee.
