You may activate your personal debit card by making a purchase or withdrawal using your PIN number. Business clients may activate their cards by calling 1-800-757-9848 from the phone number associated with their account.

Your debit card may not be working for several reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  1. The amount is over the daily limit.
  2. The account does not have sufficient funds to make the purchase.
  3. The purchase is being flagged as a suspicious transaction.
  4. The card is restricted from a previous suspicious transaction attempt.
